CCC can provide "turnkey" services wherein it takes the multi-family rental property and performs all work/services to bring the property to a condo format and market the individual condo units. This can be done on a flat fee basis based on the size of the complex and the time required. The details of the process will be reviewed with clients prior to commencement of work. The work and services included in a "turnkey" conversion will be outlined to a potential client upon request.
CCC can provide consulting services wherein the property owner is doing the actual conversion and only needs certain information or expertise from me. This can include trips to the site (a minimum will be charged based on location, time expended and services provided), reports, meetings and communication by phone, fax and internet. A retainer is required and work is performed on an hourly basis. Any estimated travel expenses will be paid in advance.
CCC offers the following services to existing multi-family property owners and investors.
- Turn key condo conversion of multi-family properties.
- CCC will provide "on site" assistance to the multi-family property owner during the conversion process.
- CCC will provide consulting services to the multi-family property owner by phone, fax and email.
- CCC will assist investors in locating multi-family properties that are suitable for a condo conversion.
- CCC will assist in the introduction of multi-family property owners to investors who are interested in joint venturing a condo conversion.
- CCC will assist/educate those individuals who might want to learn the condo conversion business.
